Refund Policy for NFConnections

At NFConnections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below to understand how we handle requests for refunds and returns.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Non-Customized Products
If you are not satisfied with your non-customized 3D figure, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and components intact.
1.2 Custom or Personalized Products
Please note that custom or personalized 3D figures are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials. If your custom order has a defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to discuss a resolution.
2. Return Process
2.1 Requesting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at social.nfconnections@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
2.2 Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
2.3 Condition of Return
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Products that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3.2 Non-Refundable Items

Custom 3D figures, as mentioned, are non-refundable unless defective.
3.3 Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds for items that are returned in a condition different from when they were shipped (e.g., signs of use, missing components).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at social.nfconnections@gmail.com
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.
